How to request deletion
In the app
If you have the 5 Star Fair mobile application installed on your device, you can delete your account instantly from the settings:
This directly initiates deletion within the application and logs out your session.
Without the app
Email support@5starfairs.com with the subject "Delete my account" and include your registered WhatsApp number. We may ask you to confirm the request.
Submit Deletion Request Online
Alternatively, submit your details below to file an automatic verification request with our data protection officer.
What is deleted
Upon verification and completion of your deletion request, the following information is permanently removed:

Your accountPhone number and display name

Messages & MediaAll your messages and the media you sent

Device & Push TokensYour device and notification information
What may be kept for a short time
Limited security logs may be kept for up to 6 months for fraud prevention and legal reasons, then permanently deleted.
Your data is never sold
We never sell your data or share it for advertising.
Your privacy and confidentiality are paramount at 5 Star Fair. We do not monetize user information under any circumstance.
